Mustang Raffle Rules

General: The Virginia Department of Charitable Gaming rules and regulations shall be the controlling factor for all raffle activity undertaken by the Bailey's Crossroads Rotary Club.

House Rules: Ticket sales are available through members of the Bailey's Crossroads Rotary Club; by mail solicitation to past ticket holders (credit card payments) and, through the Club's web site, www.bxrrotary.org/raffle (by Pay Pal ).Ticket stubs will be collected weekly. The drawing is conducted in the following manner: all tickets stubs are deposited in a Plexiglas barrel suitable for spinning. The first ticket drawn will be for the 1966 Mustang. The second ticket drawn will be for the 2nd prize of $500. The third ticket drawn is for the 3rd prize of $500. Any ticket holder is eligible to win the car. The winning ticket holder need not be present at the drawing. Void where prohibited by law. The winner may be notified by telephone or by mail and/or electronic mail. The winner of the Mustang is responsible for taxes, titling, and delivery. The Raffle tickets are not tax-deductible under IRS guidelines.

Drawing will be held 2 PM on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at the Mason District Park, 6621 Columbia Pike, Annandale, VA 22003.
